CHECK: In poker, to remain in the match without wagering. This is applicable only if no other gamblers bet in that round.
CLOSING A BET: Like in spread wagering, meaning to put a bet on par with but converse of the opening wager.
COLUMN BET: To wager on any of the 3 columns of a roulette game.
COME BET: In craps, similar to a pass-line wager, but made after the shooter has achieved her number.
COME-OUT ROLL: A crapshooters 1st toss to ascertain a number, or the initial roll after a point has been established.
COVERALL: A bingo term, symbolizing to fill all the squares on a bingo sheet.
CRAPPING OUT: In craps, to roll a two, three or twelve is an automatic defeat on the come-out toss.
DAILY DOUBLE: To choose the winners of the first two events of the day.
DOWN BET: To wager that the result of an action will be smaller than the lowest end of the quote on a spread bet, also referred to as a "sell".
DOZEN BET: In roulette, to wager on one or more of 3 categories of 12 numbers, one-12, etc.
EACH WAY BET: A athletic event bet, indicating to gamble on a group or player to win or place in an event.
EVEN MONEY BET: A bet that pays out the same value as wagered, ( 1-1 ).
EXACTA: Betting that 2 horses in a contest will complete the race in the exact same assignment as the wager – also referred to as a " Perfecta ".
FIVE-NUMBER LINE BET: In roulette, a wager carried out on a grouping of 5 numbers, for instance 1-2-3-0, and 00.
